Drip Room – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Drip Room. By booking any event, session, or service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are in place to protect both you and Drip Room, and to ensure everything runs smoothly.


1. General

Drip Room provides creative art-based experiences including events, workshops, private 1:1 sessions, and parties. These are designed for emotional expression, creativity, and wellbeing.

Please note:
While sessions may feel therapeutic, they are not a substitute for medical or clinical mental health support.


2. Bookings

All bookings must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed.

Your space is only secured once payment has been received.


3. Events & Group Sessions (Including Drip & Sip, Workshops, etc.)

Cancellations

  • If you cancel more than 48 hours before the event, no refund will be issued, but you may request to transfer your ticket to a future event (subject to availability).
  • If you cancel within 48 hours of the event, a 50% cancellation fee applies, and the remaining balance will not be refunded.

No Shows

  • If you do not attend your booked event, no refund or transfer will be offered.

4. 1:1 Private Sessions (Including 6-Week Packages)

Cancellations Before Start Date

  • If you cancel more than 14 days before your sessions begin, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
  • If you cancel within 14 days of the start date, no refund will be issued (100% fee applies).

During Ongoing Sessions

  • Once your sessions have begun, no refunds will be issued for unused sessions.
  • Missed sessions without notice will be forfeited.

Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling may be offered at Drip Room’s discretion with reasonable notice.

5. Parties, Private Events & Bookings

This includes children’s parties, adult parties, corporate bookings, and private group sessions.

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your date.
  • If you cancel:
    • More than 14 days before the event: 50% of total booking fee retained
    • Within 14 days: 100% of the booking fee is non-refundable

Travel fees (if applicable) are also non-refundable once confirmed.


6. Refund Policy (General)

Drip Room operates a strict no-refund policy across all services, with the exception of cancellations made within the specific timeframes outlined above.

By booking, you acknowledge and accept:

  • Time, preparation, and resources are allocated in advance
  • Your booking secures a limited space or date

7. Changes & Cancellations by Drip Room

In the unlikely event that Drip Room needs to cancel or reschedule:

  • You will be offered a full refund or alternative date
  • Drip Room is not responsible for any additional costs incurred (e.g. travel, accommodation)

8. Personal Responsibility

By attending any session or event, you agree:

  • To take full responsibility for your own wellbeing during and after the experience
  • To participate at your own pace and comfort level

9. Behaviour

Drip Room is a safe, respectful space.

We reserve the right to remove anyone whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful. No refunds will be given in this situation.


10. Photography & Content

Photos and videos may be taken during sessions for promotional use.

If you do not wish to appear in any content, please inform us before the session begins.


11. Liability

Drip Room is not liable for:

  • Personal injury (unless caused by negligence)
  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
