Her Reset – Immersive Creative Experience

HER RESET

I’ve wanted to bring this session to a group of women for over a year. It’s something I’ve explored with my 1-to-1 clients, but now I’m finally opening it up for just 10 women for one intimate, powerful Saturday night.

Her Reset is about what happens when somewhere along the way – through relationships, heartbreak, motherhood, grief, illness, burnout, getting older or simply years of putting everyone else first, you lose a bit of who you are. We’ll talk honestly about confidence, self-worth and the woman you want to become next, then you’ll turn all of that into your own completely personal portrait using paint, collage, words, glitter, gold foil and anything else that feels like YOU. And absolutely no art skills are needed — I’ll prepare your portrait outline for you beforehand.

Saturday 19 September | 6:30pm start until 9:30pm-ish 🫢 could go on into the night, heehee! | Penistone | £45

HER RESET

Saturday 19th September | 6:30pm–9:30pm | 98, High Street, Penistone
£45 per person | Limited to 10 women

Her Reset is a three-hour immersive creative session for women, built around confidence, identity and becoming the version of yourself you actually want to be.

This isn’t an art class and you absolutely do not need to be artistic. In fact, if your immediate thought is “but I can’t draw”, you’re exactly who I had in mind when I created this.

We’ll start the evening together with a really honest conversation led by me. I’ll talk about some of my own experiences, the things that have completely knocked my confidence over the years, the times I’ve made myself smaller, cared far too much about what other people thought, lost myself and then had to figure out who the hell I was again. This isn’t about me standing at the front pretending I have life completely figured out 😂. It’s about creating a room where ten women can actually be honest, talk properly, encourage each other and start looking at themselves differently.

Before the event, I’ll ask you to send me a photograph of yourself. I will prepare the outline of your portrait onto an A4 canvas before you arrive, so there is zero pressure to be able to draw and you can spend the evening concentrating on what the piece actually represents.

Then you get complete creative freedom.

Paint it. Doodle on it. Write all over it. Collage it. Add words, photographs, magazine cuttings, glitter, gold foil, colour, mess, scribbles — whatever feels like YOU. I’ll provide the materials and I’ll be there throughout to help, encourage you and, yes, probably tell you off if I hear you saying you’re rubbish at something 😂.

But the important part is that you’re not creating a portrait of the woman you think you should be.

You’re creating her.

The confident version. The brave version. The woman who trusts herself, stops living according to everybody else’s opinions, backs herself, takes up space and actually goes after what she wants.

We’ll use creativity, conversation and visualisation to explore what’s been keeping you stuck, what you want to leave behind and who you want to become next. Your finished canvas becomes a physical reminder of that woman — something you can take home, hang somewhere you’ll see it and come back to long after the evening itself is over.

There’ll be music, food, drinks, art supplies everywhere, probably glitter absolutely bloody everywhere 😂, real stories, raw conversation and ten women hyping the hell out of each other.

I want this to feel intimate, which is why there are only 10 places. This isn’t a huge workshop where you disappear into the room. I want everyone to feel comfortable enough to talk if they want to, be heard, create without judgement and leave feeling like something has genuinely shifted.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

There’ll be music playing, beautiful charcuterie boards to pick at throughout the evening, and you’re invited to BYOB — bring whatever you fancy drinking (yes, you can absolutely bring the whole bottle 😂). Add in paint, collage, glitter, gold foil, real conversation and ten women hyping the hell out of each other and this is definitely not your standard Saturday night art class.
