🌊 My Story
Everyone has a breaking point.
Mine turned into something so powerful, so much so that I am truly grateful for the hard times I was faced with.
I’ve lost babies. I’ve lost myself. I’ve been cheated on, divorced, lost my family home, my security and had to start again with nothing with a little 2 year old boy by my side.
There was no big plan, no plan at all in fact. Just survival.

I’ve always been creative. Art and psychology were my thing at school, then I went on to Leeds College of Art.
After that, life took me into marketing — I built a career as Head of Social Media in ad agencies, felt burnt out after 17 years solid, so started a business in social media consultancy which flourished and I even stood inside 10 Downing Street being recognised for Top UK Business of 2016.
I got married, had a rich lifestyle – life was good on paper. Then, life stripped everything right back.
After two baby losses, I then discovered an affair and my marriage ended in 2023.
Divorce. Selling the house. Moving to a new town with a 2-year-old and no real plan. Oh, and at 43 btw.
That kind of reset forces you to rebuild — properly.
Art came back when I needed it most. Not to create something pretty — just somewhere to put everything I couldn’t say. And it worked. My god did it work.
It cleared my head. Helped me process things. Gave me a sense of control again. And I felt this was my calling, so I followed it properly.
I trained and qualified as an Art Therapist in 2024. And as I was doing this I was suddenly made redundant, only 6 months into owning a new house as a single mum. But I thanked the universe because it was clearly telling me I was on the right path with my art passion.


That’s where Drip Room came from. I launched it in one weekend in May 2025. It started with small art nights. Now it’s grown into something much bigger.
I run creative events across Yorkshire.
I work 1:1 with adults, teenagers and children.
I host wellbeing sessions, parties and workshops.
I create live wedding paintings and bespoke commissioned pieces.
I speak and share what I’ve learned at business events.
And I’ve built The Reset Pages — a simple 4 week method to help people clear their mind and feel better in just 15 minutes a day.
Everything I offer comes back to the same thing:
Helping people feel better and becoming the BEST version of themselves mentally, physically, emotionally. And being able to handle whatever life throws at them whilst remaining grounded, regulated and truly happy within.
I do this through creativity, small daily habits and a complete mindset shift which I teach you when you work with me 1:1 or take on ‘The Reset Pages’ method.
Life is amazing.
