Using creativity, colour psychology, mindset shifts and emotional expression, Sarah will guide you through bespoke exercises designed around YOU – helping you understand your thoughts, emotions, energy and patterns in a completely different way.

This isn’t a traditional art lesson or therapy session. Think of it more like a creative mindset reset with personalised reflection, psychology insights and supportive guidance you can continue using long after the session ends.

The Shift Sessions are my bespoke 1:1 online experiences designed to help you feel lighter, calmer, more self-aware and more connected to yourself through creativity, colour psychology, mindset shifts and emotional expression.

These sessions are for people who feel a little overloaded, perhaps emotionally stuck, disconnected from themselves, in need of a reset or simply want to get creative again. Think of it like:

  • part mindset reset
  • part creative release
  • part psychology
  • part guided self-expression
  • part emotional unpacking
  • part finally taking an hour for YOU

How It Works

Before your session, you’ll have a free 15-minute consultation call with Sarah to talk through:

  • where you’re currently at mentally & emotionally
  • what you’re struggling with
  • what you’d like to feel differently
  • your personality, lifestyle & energy
  • what you want to get out of the session

Your full 1 hour session will then be completely personalised around YOU.

During the session, Sarah may guide you through:

  • simple creative exercises
  • colour-based activities
  • mark making & emotional expression
  • movement & music-based prompts
  • mindset conversations
  • reflective psychology exercises

Some clients prefer to actively create during the session. Others prefer to watch, learn and absorb first before creating in their own time. Both are completely fine. Sarah will also explain the psychology behind:

  • your colour choices
  • movement & pressure
  • emotional expression through creativity
  • repetitive patterns & symbols
  • why certain exercises calm or activate the brain
  • how creativity can support emotional wellbeing & mindset shifts

What Happens After The Session?

The support doesn’t end when the call finishes.

At the end of your session, Sarah will set you a personalised creative “homework” task based on:

  • your emotions
  • your personality
  • what came up during the session
  • the colours, themes or patterns you were drawn to
  • what Sarah feels may help you moving forward

This can take as little as 10–15 minutes and can be completed whenever feels right for you. There is absolutely no pressure or strict timeline. Once completed, you’ll send photographs of your work directly to Sarah via WhatsApp. Sarah will then send you a personalised voice note analysis exploring:

  • the colours you were drawn to
  • symbols, shapes or patterns within your work
  • emotional themes & energy
  • possible mindset blocks
  • what your creative choices may be communicating subconsciously
  • supportive suggestions & exercises moving forward

This part of the process is often where clients experience the biggest mindset shifts and emotional breakthroughs.
