Creative Expression Sessions For Children

The Expression Sessions are relaxed creative art experiences designed to help children express emotions, thoughts, imagination and personality through colour, texture, movement and abstract play.

Whilst these are for ALL children, these sessions are especially supportive for children who communicate, process emotions or experience the world differently, including SEND, anxious, non-verbal, homeschooled, highly sensitive or highly creative children.

There is no pressure to create “perfect” artwork, copy pictures or follow strict instructions.

Instead, children are encouraged to explore creativity freely in a calm, playful and supportive environment designed around expression rather than perfection.
